Solid conservative Adventist credentials is simply a genuflect in the direction of McKey Bakery.
Remeber the Glacier View days and the purge of the President and key members of the Department of Religion? Maybe the name should be Refined Carbohydrate U. At least the management is bought free and clear by the big sugar daddy of the South.

Southern Adventist University realizes that many college-bound students and their parents are concerned about the perspectives and world views of potential professors. Unlike some institutes of higher learning on the other end of the spectrum, at least Southern is honest about what kind of education is provided.

This is all in regards to the School of Religion, as its website makes the claim of being conservative theologicaly -- not the school at large. Quite varying views can be found about campus.
